Order Placement: When placing an order with Happy Flower Shop Nairobi, you agree that all information provided, including personal details and payment information, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You also confirm that you have the legal right to use any credit/debit card or payment method provided.

3. Pricing and Payment: All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollar (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and payment methods at our discretion.

4. Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner and in accordance with the delivery instructions provided. However, we are not liable for any delays or issues arising from factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. Order Cancellations: 

i. Orders can be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

 ii. Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once placed.

b. Refund Conditions:

i. A refund will be initiated if the ordered items are not delivered past 24 hours of the preferred delivery time.

 ii. Successful cancellations will be eligible for a refund. 

iii. If the item delivered is not the one ordered or a close substitute, a refund may be requested.

c. Return Policy: 

i. To qualify for a refund for an already delivered item, the item must be returned to Happy Flower Shop Nairobi within 24 hours of the delivery.

 ii. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.

d. Refund Processing Fee: Refunds are subject to an 8% charge, equivalent to our cost of customer service, administration, and payment processing.

e. Refund Initiation: Refunds will be initiated using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
